FluxPMS vs Sirvoy: Both Transparent — But Different Depth
Sirvoy and FluxPMS are both transparent, self-serve, and published-price — a rarity in hotel software, where Cloudbeds and Mews still hide pricing behind a sales call. Sirvoy is a solid, budget-priced booking system ($15–$54/month across its tiers) with a clean reservation scheduler, and it is an excellent fit for a small property that only needs bookings. FluxPMS is an all-in-one built for hotels that want more in one place: a hotel website included from the Professional annual plan, a restaurant/POS module, the Aria AI assistant grounded in your own data, WhatsApp-first workflows, and Spanish-native support. If you only need a scheduler, Sirvoy is great value; if you want the website, restaurant and AI in the same platform, FluxPMS goes further.

Who Sirvoy Is For — and Where It Stops Fitting
Sirvoy is genuinely good at what it does. Give credit where it is due.
Choose Sirvoy if:
- You run a small B&B, guesthouse or hostel and mainly need a clean reservation scheduler and channel manager
- You want the lowest transparent monthly price and don't need a restaurant, housekeeping depth or an AI assistant
- A booking widget on your existing website is enough — you don't need a new hotel website built for you
FluxPMS is the better fit when:
- You want more than a booking system in one place — a hotel website, restaurant/POS and housekeeping alongside the PMS
- You want a full hotel website included from the Professional annual plan, not just a booking widget
- You want the Aria AI assistant answering guest questions from your own hotel's data
- You are in Guatemala or Latin America and want Spanish-native, WhatsApp-first support (and FEL invoicing on the roadmap)
How to Migrate from Sirvoy to FluxPMS
This takes roughly one working day for a small property.
- Export your data from Sirvoy. Export your reservation and guest history to CSV from the reports section, and note your room types and rate plans.
- Set up FluxPMS. Sign up at fluxpms.com/register and rebuild your room types, rates and policies in the setup wizard (typically 1–3 hours for a small property).
- Import guest history. Use the FluxPMS CSV import to load past guests.
- Sync your OTA calendars. Today FluxPMS syncs availability via iCal — paste the iCal links from Booking.com, Airbnb and others. A full two-way channel manager is coming soon; if two-way OTA sync is essential today, keep Sirvoy's channel manager running in parallel during the switch.
- Update your booking engine link. Replace the Sirvoy booking widget on your website with the FluxPMS booking engine — or move to a FluxPMS-built website and it is wired in automatically.
- Run parallel for 48 hours. Keep both accounts active for two days to catch any reservations during cutover, then cancel Sirvoy.
