FluxPMS vs WebRezPro: Flat Tiers vs Published Per-Unit Pricing

WebRezPro is one of the few PMS vendors, alongside FluxPMS, that publishes real pricing instead of a "contact us" form: $10/unit/month with a $100/month minimum for small properties, rising toward $1,000+/month around 100-149 units, plus a broad feature set including integrated accounting and unlimited users. FluxPMS instead publishes three flat monthly tiers — $29, $79 and $199 — that don't change as your room count grows, with zero booking commission, a full hotel website included from the Professional annual plan, the Aria AI assistant, and a 30-day self-serve free trial. For very small properties WebRezPro's per-unit minimum can undercut FluxPMS; past roughly 15 rooms, FluxPMS's flat price typically wins.

WebRezPro pricing sourced from webrezpro.com/pricing (verified July 2026): $10/unit/month with a $100/month minimum for small properties, scaling to a $1,000/month minimum around 100–149 units, custom pricing above that. WebRezPro is one of the few PMS vendors besides FluxPMS that publishes real numbers instead of a "contact us" form — credit where it's due.

Who WebRezPro Is For — and Where It Stops Fitting

WebRezPro is a mature, feature-dense PMS with a genuinely transparent per-unit pricing table and a broad feature set including integrated accounting and unlimited users — strong for operators who want everything spelled out before they call anyone.

Choose WebRezPro if:

  • You run a small property (under ~15 units) where the $100/month minimum lands below FluxPMS's flat tiers
  • You want integrated accounting and unlimited user seats without extra per-seat cost
  • You run a hostel, campground or boat slip business — WebRezPro explicitly supports those categories

FluxPMS is the better fit when:

  • You have 15+ rooms, where WebRezPro's per-unit pricing starts climbing past FluxPMS's flat $29–$199
  • You want a full hotel website included, not just a booking engine widget
  • You want the Aria AI assistant answering guest questions from your own hotel's data
  • You want a self-serve 30-day trial without booking a demo call first

How to Migrate from WebRezPro to FluxPMS

This takes roughly one working day for a small property.

  1. Export your data from WebRezPro. Export your reservation and guest history to CSV from the reports section, and note your room types, rate plans and active OTA channels.
  1. Set up FluxPMS. Sign up at fluxpms.com/register and rebuild your room types, rates and policies in the setup wizard (typically 1–3 hours for a small property).
  1. Import guest history. Use the FluxPMS CSV import to load past guests.
  1. Sync your OTA calendars. Today FluxPMS syncs availability via iCal — paste the iCal links from Booking.com, Airbnb and others. A full two-way channel manager is coming soon; if WebRezPro's channel connections are essential today, keep them running in parallel during the switch.
  1. Update your booking engine link. Replace the WebRezPro booking widget on your website with the FluxPMS booking engine — or move to a FluxPMS-built website and it is wired in automatically.
  1. Run parallel for 48 hours. Keep both accounts active for two days to catch any reservations during cutover, then cancel WebRezPro.
