How much does FluxPMS cost?

Essential is $29/month, Professional $79/month and Ultimate $199/month. Paid yearly they are $290, $790 and $1,990 — two months free. There is no per-room fee and no commission on any booking.

Is there a free trial?

Yes: 30 days on monthly plans and on Essential yearly. Your card goes on file at signup and is first charged on day 31; cancel before then and you pay nothing. Professional and Ultimate yearly include a hotel website, are paid in full on day 1 and have no trial.

Does FluxPMS connect to Booking.com and Airbnb?

Yes, by iCal. FluxPMS imports each OTA calendar every 15 minutes and exports an .ics link per room type; a change takes from 15 minutes to 3 hours to show on the other side. It is a one-way calendar import.

Can guests pay online on the booking page?

Not today. Bookings made on the FluxPMS booking page are paid at the hotel, and your staff charge cards at the desk through your own payment account.

What does Aria do?

Aria is an AI assistant for your website. It answers guest questions about your rooms, rates and hotel, day and night, in the guest's language, and passes the chat to your team when a person is needed. It is included in Professional; on its own it costs $149 setup + $99/month with a 14-day trial.

Can I use FluxPMS in my country?

Yes. FluxPMS is built for independent hotels, B&Bs and guesthouses anywhere, with the same plans and US-dollar prices in every country. Past 10 properties or 150 rooms, Enterprise is quoted per contract.
