An AI concierge that answers from your hotel, not from the internet
Aria is the AI assistant built into FluxPMS. It answers guest and staff questions using your own property data: your room descriptions, your policies, your rates and your knowledge base. It runs inside the PMS and on your website, so a guest asking about check-in time at 11pm gets a correct answer instead of silence. Aria is included on the Professional ($79/month) and Ultimate ($199/month) plans at no extra charge.

What does Aria actually do?
Aria answers questions. A guest on your website asks whether you have parking, whether the rooms have air conditioning, or what time breakfast ends. Aria answers, in the language they asked in, using what your hotel has actually told it.
Inside the PMS it works the same way for staff. A new receptionist can ask how to take a walk-in payment instead of interrupting a colleague.
Where do the answers come from?
From your property, not from the open internet. Aria reads your room descriptions, rates, policies and knowledge base. Each hotel is isolated: one property's data is never used to answer another property's guest.
When Aria does not know something, it says so and offers to pass the question to a person. A confident wrong answer costs more than an honest gap.
Where does Aria appear?
- On your hotel website, where pre-booking questions decide whether a guest books with you or goes back to an OTA.
- Inside the PMS, for staff.
- In the guest portal after a booking is confirmed.
What Aria does not do
Aria does not take payments, and it does not change a reservation on its own. It answers, and it hands over to a person when the request needs judgement or money. That boundary is deliberate.
