What does a hotel website with a booking engine cost?
A hotel website with a commission-free direct booking engine costs $349 one-time on FluxPMS (Basic; Pro $599, Premium $999). A boutique web agency typically quotes $3,000–$15,000 for the same brief, then bills roughly $100–$500 a month for hosting and upkeep — and the booking widget is usually a separate vendor on top of that.

Do I need the PMS to get a website?
The website runs on the FluxPMS platform so rooms, rates and availability stay in sync. You can buy a one-time website package.

How long does it take to go live?

Can Google send free bookings to my own site?
Yes — Free Booking Links. FluxPMS already generates the Google Hotel price feeds (hotel list, availability, prices) for every property. Google charges 0% commission on those free links. Your hotel (or someone you authorize) connects the feeds in Google Hotel Center using your own Google Business Profile — we do not control a hotel's Google account. This is not paid Google Hotel Ads and not a two-way OTA channel manager.
